5 1/2 language, what a large wealth. They say a new language opens a window to a new life. But this might be less impressive if you were from West Europe, say, Belgium, Netherland, etc. As many people fluent in 2-3 major languages

Remember visiting a car repair garage in Belgium, a young engineer quickly switched between 4-5 languages, English, French, Dutch, German, etc. I told him if he came to Asian cities, like Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, he could easily got an executive position with crazy salary. He would do nothing but showing his language talents.

It was 15 yrs ago. Now people get to more and more second languages. Mastering foreign language is truly a blessing.
