I have got similar experiences. My views spiked for a short time since I signed up for MPP, then went flat again. I got curated for a couple of articles but I didn't see the views really up. Weird.

But I do't really check stats. I can picture you digging into it with passion, but patience might help. 100% agreed the notes below that the key is writting with persistence. We have to enjoy writing first, which I do for now, luckily. Bottomline is writing for myself. Good luck to you.
