Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am glad my stories have some resonance across the distance. I can highly relate to what you felt when traveling to the place where you feel you truly belong to would end up treating you like a total alien, then coming back to your hibitation where you feel a total stranger. We are lost in the middle. . I used to write a piece "The Batman" to illustrate this situation. It's not fun at all.

I was a little hesitate before sending out this piece as it seems an unpopular opinion. I am seeing a lots of scenes in life that we address as racism but I just feel they are some common human mistakes. We tease newcomers (even in heart) and we are teased when we are one of them. As unusual smile would be considered as an insult. I have made a lot of self-assumptions that ended up being stupid and wildly wrong.
